Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.
- Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
- Downgrade: If you downgrade to a lower tier or free tier, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and offer significant savings compared to monthly billing.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial annual subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 30 Days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day period. No prorated refunds are provided.
- Renewal: Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current annual period.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding members (first 100 subscribers) receive lifetime discounted pricing at 40% off regular rates.
- Lifetime Discount: Your founding member discount is locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription.
- Cancellation: If you cancel your founding member subscription, the same refund policies apply as outlined above.
- Re-subscription: If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will retain your founding member pricing as long as you were one of the first 100 members.
- Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade tiers while maintaining your founding member discount.
How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans:

- State your reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Exceptions & Special Cases
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing you from using the platform
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
